Eventually received correct bed with all the pieces 3 months after ordered. Last person to help me was excellent. Only issues with bed was a couple of holes were not cut out in correct place but managed to fix with drill and one of the fixings did not have a thread on it for screw to fix into. Did not wish to be waiting again to receive parts so did a further home fix. Child is delighted with bed and overall it looks great.
