Bradner 90 X 190cm Cabin Bed with Storage Included with Trundle Included

hello good afternoon, Last week I placed an order for a beautiful bed for my children's room, this Friday I received the bed, today Sunday I tried to assemble it but it was a disappointment, it came all broken and the wood was chipped, I'm sending you the photos, I didn't assemble it because there is no way to do it, I would like to know how we can solve it

The worse ever. My bed was 2 weeks late firstly, I called the customer services and said the company lost my order. I had to re order again, ok, then they done and in 24 hours I got them.my husband started assembling we noticed some part of tools was missing I got Back and fought calls and emails now been over 6 months I didn’t get back with them and the tools not arrived yet. Bed is for my toddler son, unfortunately we can’t assembly completely. Very frustrating. The image is beautiful my the costumer service is Terrible very sad . I would recommend nobody. For the same money please buy somewhere else. Shop in Next, there have very similar design or better.reduce stress and time .
