Edit Second package we subsequently got in touch with Tutti Bambini customer service. They swiftly shipped out another cot pack so we could choose whatever part wasnt fitting as expected. It came overnight and they arranged collection as well. Happy with the product now and pleasantly surprised by the quick customer service. First package Currently stuck with assembly because the screws for the mattress base are not compatible with pre-drilled holes!!! Discovered that I cant report an issue to fix it and only have option to return
