This review relates only to the customer service experienced by Wayfair. I ordered this wardrobe as a clearance item and when it was delivered there was one box missing. When I contacted Wayfair about it, on the Saturday they said it would be organised on the Monday and someone would be in contact, I was also told that I would be eligible for a voucher or compensation of some sort. I never heard anything from Wayfair and contacted them myself on the Tuesday to be told they wouldn't resend the missing parcel despite the item remaining in stock on the Wayfair website and that Wayfair do not believe in throwing money at complaints made by customers so therefore no compensation made. My 4 year old was left sleeping on a blow up bed for a week as her room had been taken apart and had an unbuilt piece of furniture lying around which is dangerous. I am also heavily pregnant and the experience with Wayfair has caused unnecessary stress and upset. I would not order anything again, the customer service is shocking.
