There are no instructions attached, and the promised emailed ones haven’t materialised… I need to make my bed and lie in it! Help please…. Nice wood though.

Good bed the parts could have been cut/drilled better as we had maybe 3 holes that weren't quite right and some slight gap on 2 planks but we managed to diy fix everything and none of it caused safety issues. I've been on top and bottom bunks and seems sturdy

We had this bed for four months for our two small children. We just noticed that all four corners of the bottom bed and the ladder are cracking like what can be seen in the photo. Customer service has been working with us but this should not happen to a bed that's used lightly by little humans in just four months.

Very poor quality, main frame is mdf chipboard and not wood. Don't waste your money! Mine is less than a year old and had to take it down for safety reasons after only occasional use. Terrible product.
