I ordered and then my order was lost in a warehouse and only reordered once I reached out to chase a number of times. I then waited quite a while longer for the replacement and got a delivery confirmation over a month from the date of my original order. It arrived and there were no slats or slatted base as pictured included in the box. I contacted customer services who said they put this on order for me and then those replacement parts got cancelled. Had an email in German explaining those parts don’t come with the bed so what I have is a bed frame with no base and I’m absolutely bewildered as to how I’m expected to balance a mattress in mid air

Great bargain and plenty of space underneath. I bought 2 ottomans to go underneath the bed , so she can put plenty of gear in out of the way. Very good purchase

A really lovely bed, instructions not the best but for the money seems like a good purchase. One of the curtains seams had split so I had to glue it back together.

Terrible delivery service. From the first delivery, sent wrong items, resent wrong items a further two times before eventually getting the order right five weeks later. The bed itself is OK. Standard material.
