Love the product, the koala is so cute and soft, but it's supposed to come with cute animal noises, the first one I received, the sounds were more like a possessed child laughing, it was so creepy. They replaced it (great customer service) but the replacement does the same. So not returning it but taking out the batteries as the noises (one noise on repeat) is awful
