In respect to my personal experience I would say the bed was good value, purchased during Black Friday. The bed took a bit of time to assemble, albeit the steps in the guide was quite clear and relatively sturdy for a kids bed. The key point was my young daughter was happy.. Rik. Leeds. This loft bed is an extremely clever and practical piece of children's furniture that offers incredible functionality and great value for money. This collection's compact footprint is supported by a robust, solid pine framed construction and offers numerous useful features from a handy pull-out desk to ample shelving and cupboard space.

There’s a few things I’d like to draw your attention to about this bed. Firstly it say estimated time to build is 1.5 hours. Possibly if you have a pit crew. Failing that, it’s going to take quite a bit longer. The quality is good, but what is a massive shame is there’s almost no pre drilled holes. So when you hammer in nails or use screws straight into the wood it splits and you’re immediately damaging your brand new bed! It took me a while to notice that this was happening and I’m gutted about these blemishes. I decided the best way forward was to use a tiny drill to make my own holes and that worked a treat. Just be careful not to go too far, which of course the one time I did was on the top of the desk, so now there’s an annoying hole on my son’s brand new desk. So I’m suggesting to the manufacturer, please pre drill the holes!! Overall I am happy with the quality, just gutted it’s damaged from the start which could be avoided. My son absolutely loves it. Absolutely brillant. Its strong and looks great. My kids love it. The shelves really make it extra special for my children. I like the fact wires cant come through the shelves for charging etc.. this means that kids wont have electronics near them. We have a solar lights plugged into the light socket for a night light and thats energy efficient and works great next to the bed. The bed is very hard to assemble. It definitely takes 2 people and maybe even a third person so be prepared to put the work in. This will be hard for one person so I recommend getting it assembled by wayfair. My daughter loves her new bed. It’s a great way to make use of the vertical space we have. The instructions were easy to follow and all the pieces were included and clearly marked. The desk is level with the edge of the bed which allows for storage to be added behind the desk and under the bed. This is will mean that our daughter can use the bed for longer as she won’t be hitting her head when she stands up from the desk. Our daughter loves her 'ladder bed'. It seems sturdy enough for a good few years (she's almost 3). There is a slight wobble if an adult shakes it but I think that's fine as it's a kids bed! The instructions were a bit dodgy as the pictures didn't always match the writing, but it was still clear enough that we could figure it out. We like that it's a strong, simple construction, that gives us maximum space for toys /storage underneath (some more expensive cabin beds actually waste space as their cupboards don't use the full space underneath) So it's practical and good value for money. This product features two beds, a standard double bed on the bottom with a standard single bed attached just on top of it. This bed is made of good quality durable rubberwood which makes it very sturdy for both children and adults. Finished off to a very high standard in beautiful white paint, it will blend effortlessly into any colour scheme and would look fantastic in the bedroom. The top bunk is easily accessible by climbing the simple 3-step ladder attached to the front of the frame. The lower bottom bunk is ideal for both (children and adults) and both bunks feature a solid support base. These three sleeper bunk beds can be bought with optional under-bed drawers for storage if required. The drawers come in a pair and will roll in and out from under the bed with the 4 wheels casters located on each corner of the bed.

Reasons for not putting 5*: - Delivery date delayed by one day at last minute (impacted my timeframe and day off work i took to build) - Instructions booklet has a couple of errors meaning you have to use initiative to construct - Few pieces of timber had splits in them (not enough to make me want to return / replace or impact integrity but enough to impact aesthetics.
