It would've definitely been faster with a second person. It was packaged well. When assembled it's a little less than 4 ft by 3 ft. It's very sturdy and I'm sure it'll stand up to many years of play. I love all the details to this doll house. You can flip the wall in the one top room to change it up too. It comes fully furnished without looking cluttered.
