Suitable from 6 months when used as a cot and from 18 months when converting to a toddler bed. Safety is always our first and major concern. We have put the safety standard as our priority. All our Cotbeds and cribs are made to meet and exceed the latest EU standard BS 1877 Part 10 for safety and performance, BS 7177, and BSD5852 Part 1:1978. Our mattress is made in the UK in compliance with UK Health and Safety Standards: BS 1877: part 10:1997, BS 7177:2008 (low hazard domestic use).

So I’ve had this bed about 6 months now for my daughter. She is 14 months now. How can a baby break a new bed! My daughter has managed to kick the bar off. Excellent sturdy cot and good value for money. The smell from the cot is very strong .. I googled if it was safe for baby after it was put up and we began to feel ill.. it’s the paints and varnish and being packed that causes this smell.
