I was really nervous after I’d seen the reviews but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer, they took the packages to the room I asked them to, and yes it was a pain to put together, but betweeen my husband and I we did it in a few days. One star missing because one of the steps broke when my husband climbed them to finish the slats on the bed and he hadn’t put the fronts on the stairs to secure them beforehand.. Anonymous. Quick delivery and great quality bed. Had previously tried to buy the same bed from a different company and had an awful time (3 months of back and forth before giving up). Just wish we'd used Wayfair in the first place. Delivered on time, all parts correct and present and very easy to build. A very happy son!. Chris. Saxlingham Nethergate Norwich, GB. Fri Feb 28 2025
