First time ordering from wayfair parcel boxes arrived on different days and looked to be opened but when chrcked all parts were there. This design is made by strictly beds and bunks a uk based supplier which we have used 3 times now. Bed is sturdy and each bed takes 20stone but we have tested previous beds beyond these limits and they still stood strong. It loosed a star for the poor instructions which have general instructions for multiple styles of beds and it is tricky to figure out from the poor quality photos. At times they do not state which fixings are to be used which made the process of building he bed lengthy. Some of the wood was not the best quality but it won't affect the overall use. MY 8 year is delighted and my 15year is happy enough since his head doesnt hit he bunk when he sits up. Will continue to buy beds made from them.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 03 2024

I am not only happy with our beautiful bunkbeds but also can not praise Wayfair customer service enough, we had an issue with one part of the drawers and Wayfair responded immediately and I’ve been in touch with them a number of times looking for recommendations for other products and they have been brilliant every time. Quick delivery, brilliant service and lovely bunkbeds my son loves, I will continue shopping at Wayfair.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 16 2020

This is a great, well-made, aesthetically pleasing bed. The space on the bottom bed is big enough for my youngest to comfortably move around without banging her head above. The drawers provide so much essential toy storage plus it was relatively easy to assemble too. The size of the beds also means that teddy’s now have a permanent home on the bed without making it seem small. 2 friends have already purchased the same bed after seeing ours being very impressed by it. Both my boys really love their new beds, the reason for me giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because one of the mattresses came with a hole in it not a massive one, but enough to notice it. All in all it's a good solid bunk bed. The wood is good quality.. Anonymous. Thu Aug 06 2020

Lovely bunk beds - very sturdy and secure. Good value with quality mattresses included in the overall price. The assembly was the hardest part - it would be helpful if the instructions were more detailed. Our girls love them and they have created lots more floor space in their room - great for playing.
