Looks very smart in my son's bedroom. My daughter wants one now. Everything is very neat with a hiding place or toy storage behind. Great for small rooms! The reason I have only given it 4 stars is due to the scratch marks and flaws in the paint work of the wood which is not what your expecting after paying £500 for the bed but after taking it all out of the box we weren't going to send it back then after my 7 year old boy has been waiting for it to be delivered. Also, there is a gap between all of the drawers which runs down both sides and this gap is not equal but it doesn't affect the opening and closing of the drawers. However, my son loves his new bed!!. The Jodi mid 6 cabin bed is the perfect addition for any child's bedroom. The sturdy Jodi mid sleeper bed features a solid wooden frame complimented by a ladder, two shelf units and chest of 3 drawers. The Jodi collection has been designed to meet all children's sleeping and playing needs. All their Jodi products have plenty of storage and are finished in white and solid birch.

The bed itself is lovely and my little boy loves it. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. However, it took longer than the recommended time on the instructions for 2 people to put together. This was because of 2 main factors. 1) The feet that the drawers and the shelves sit on are made from solid wood and each 1 (there were 12 in total) required a wooden dowel and a screw to fit it into place. Fine in itself but there was only a hole in the solid wood for the dowel. We had to physically screw the screws into the wood with no holes to guide it in or make it easier. It took forever and resulted in blisters on the palms of our hands. 2) As with the feet the bed slats also needed to be screwed into place. There were holes in the slats to do this but not in the wood they needed to be screwed into, so we were screwing into solid wood again. It required a lot of strength to do this. Once assembled (after 2 days) the bed is sturdy and looks great. It was supposed to come with a clip on shelf which is clearly shown on the image and WAS listed in the features. However it was not included. When I phoned to inquire about the missing clip on shelf, I was told although it was in the picture there was nothing in the features to suggest it was included. I pointed the lady in the right direction but she still insisted it was my error. She eventually agreed to contact the warehouse for me and said she would be in touch on the Tuesday (I called the Sunday before a bank holiday Monday). On the Tuesday I did not hear from her and I noticed that the shelf had been removed from the product features. I called back and spoke to a lovely lady who assured me that I was correct and that there should have been a shelf included and that she would rectify the situation. She contacted the warehouse for me and said she would let me know the outcome - unfortunately she didn't hear by the time she thought she would so I didn't hear from her. We have received email correspondence stating firstly the shelf shouldn't be included and offers of a small refund, then again saying that the warehouse need to give them the code for the shelf so they can ship it. More recently apparently the shelf is not in stock until August and we can either wait or have a refund - this time twice as much as the initial amount offered (£60) We have opted to wait til August - I want the shelf. The features now clearly states that the clip on table, not shelf as originally advertised is not included. For this I am not happy - Wayfair must this I am uneducated idiot who cannot read, this is a red rag to a bull for an English teacher who makes a living out of teaching people to read. Coincidentally there is another Jodi Single High Sleeper Bed with Storage for exactly the same price that still says it includes the clip on shelf. Wayfair might want to change this too. As well as all the other Jodi Single High Sleepers that include this feature (which is pretty much all of them), just in case they make this blunder again. For the bed itself I would give it 4 stars, ease of putting together and service received it can only get 2 stars. If the matter had been sorted when I first contacted them about this then it would have reflected better. But to be fobbed off so many times I am afraid my review must reflect this.. Mrs.. It is a lovely looking bed and rather sturdy. Putting together was ok, a couple of bits were confusing, but worked it out in the end. Instructions at first looked daunting, but once I got started it wasn’t too bad. You can’t use an electric screwdriver on most of it, so a bit of muscle power is needed, as some places where the screw goes in doesn’t have hole , which did confuse me, but it all turned out good. Absolutely worth the money but be prepared for this epic flatpack! Warning the pieces are NOT labelled. It will arrive in 7 packages, open one at a time, hopefully the manual will be in the first box. On the 2nd page of the manual there will be a table that lists the contents of each box, youll have to identify which pieces are which by the measurements provided, so have a tape measure handy! Also have a drill ready, it will speed up the process quite a lot. Once thats all prepared the instructions are pretty straight forward and the pieces are very good quality. Although do the last two steps in reverse if you plan on having the bed against the wall like us, as it is quite heavy to move. We are extremely pleased with the final product and our daughter loves it. Plus theres sooooo much storage! We took a reasonably leisurely pace and completed it in about 8 hours across two days as there was only two of us and a 4 yo to entertain, so we stopped for meal breaks and playtime etc. Would recommend!. Great value but bunk could be a little more sturdy. Takes quite a while to put together but a lot of furniture so to be expected I guess. 1 man delivery for an item delivered in many boxes clearly marked 2 man lift - dont expect delivery any further than driveway if in a house. Pluto midsleeper is a sturdy and stylish mid-sleeper. Pluto's contemporary design is accompanied by great functionality, with a robust ladder. The set includes a playing tent and mattress.

It is a lovely looking bed and rather sturdy. Putting together was ok, a couple of bits were confusing, but worked it out in the end. Instructions at first looked daunting, but once I got started it wasn’t too bad. You can’t use an electric screwdriver on most of it, so a bit of muscle power is needed, as some places where the screw goes in doesn’t have hole , which did confuse me, but it all turned out good.
