Ordered twice, never received it. Both times there was an issue with delivery and it was returned to sender before leaving original country. Both times I had to contact wayfair myself as I didn’t receive any notice until getting an email saying ‘delivered’ when it hadn’t been. First time I was told it was due to being damaged in transit. Second time I was told it was a technical error and would just happen again so got issued for a refund. Just a few days before my daughter’s birthday so left me with a main gift to buy last minute. I could only get the refund through the original payment method which was Clearpay and now they are messing me about. I had a refund of £32.01 when it should’ve been £92.01 and I am still unsure what’s happening there. All in all this review isn’t going to be good in the slightest. I still love wayfair and will continue to shop here but I would like to be notified quicker next time. Everything else fortunately for wayfair isn’t their fault! Hopefully will be able to order this in the next month or so and put it away for Christmas instead if it arrives!. Anonymous. Sun Jul 17 2022
