Lovely bed, feels very solid. Was easy to put together. All pieces were there and the holes even matched up! Fast delivery time. Only thing which let the experience down were the delivery men who pretty much dumped the boxes (9 of them) on the doorstep and shot off. Boxes are very heavy so make sure you've got someone to help you take them inside and upstairs!. Joanne. Thames Ditton, . Sun Nov 22 2015

The bed was really good and the little one loved it. The bed is well made, stable, easy to put together (only took a few hours to put together). Being a mid-sleeper the space under the bed (in terms of height) is limited, so it's quite easy for the little ones to bump their heads. The only real thing that I disliked was the fact that the base of the slide is made from some sort of cardboard like material. There are pieces of wood under the base of the slide to add support, but in places where the base of the slide does not have support directly underneath, it feels more flimsy than I would like. Otherwise, I really like the product. A couple of minor points that I would like to mention. These may have just been one off incidents that impacted me directly, rather than being inherent issues with ordering the product. 1. The bed arrived late (delayed by a month) 2. The build instructions identified the individual pieces using numbers, but the actual pieces of the bed were not numbered. However, working out what went where, was not too hard.. Mustafa. Fantastic quality, slightly dodgy instructions. It isn’t clear which parts are for the back and which are for the front, managed to work it out but shouldn’t have to! Doesn’t tell you how to reverse the slide and stairs orientation either so that was down to me to work out. Took about 3 hours all together. Worth it!. Daniel. Stroud, GB. Sat Jul 18 2020

It is not a week since I built this bed for my 4 year old. He really likes, and has had no problems getting used to it for sleeping and playing. The construction is first rate, and it is clear that care and attention has gone into every step. Different types of wood and joint are used, each one carefully selected for the job at hand. It took 3-4 hours for me to build it on my own: give yourself plenty of time! We were expecting the bed to come with a curtain, as you see in the online images, but this was not the case. Overall, we are very pleased to have chosen this bed, along with one of the recommended mattresses, and expect to use them for many years to come.. Anonymous. Sat Jan 14 2023
