The box was open on delivery. It smells slightly odd and given the tree won’t be erected until close to 25 December what refund policy do I have if the smell doesn’t fade or the lights don’t work

Beautiful tree but one of the arms is damaged and won’t fully go down and there’s a big gap that has no lights. Dog does not come with tree

This luscious tree would be perfect as the centrepiece in your home for this year and many more to come! The tree stands at 7ft tall and comes with a plastic base which enables you to pop the tree up straight away and ensure that the tree is fully supported. There are 1200 tips on the tree overall which will ensure that you can fit lots and lots of decorations and lights on it alongside the snow, berries and cones which are already in place! As the tree is artificial it takes away the need to constantly sweep up dropped needles, without compromising on the look of the tree.
