3ft Snowy Bristle Pine Tree Burlap Bag with 50 Warm White LED

This tree is not the one you see in the picture. I originally found this tree on Selfridges website for £110, so when I found it on Wayfair for £52 direct from the supplier, I thought I was getting a bargain. The tree that came had no baubles or grey base. The Wayfair guy on chat tried convincing me that it wasn't meant to include those as per their item specifics although on the selfridges website it definitely say's it comes with pre-decorated silver and red baubles. The pictures on both websites are identical. He tried offering me £18 partial refund if I keep the tree which I wasn't willing to do, so it is going back for a full refund but even then I think they are being dodgy because he's probably booked it as an unwanted return in original condition when he knows I've had it out the box to see it and to send the photos he wanted. I think I will avoid Wayfair in future. I've only used them once before. They seem like a big company but I don't think they can be, otherwise they'd have better customer service.

Nothing like picture ,plain white tree no pot so wouldn't stand up at all, Had to run out and buy a pot which cost me an extra £6.00.Then every time you touch the tree all the white foam flew off all over the place making a right mess. The lights on it are pathetic so had to add more myself causing more mess.would have sent it back except to near christmas to replace. Complete nightmare and not happy with product.
