Very disappointed upon arrival, waited longer than what it said when originally ordered. Then when I opened package the poles were damaged and all the stoppers were broke, like it was pre-owned

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The customer service was unhelpful, delivery took far longer than expected, and the product I received was of poor quality. To make matters worse, you’re required to pay for the return shipping.
