I ordered this due to the really good reviews it had however it’s almost like I got a poor copy from wish. Branches are all stuck together with big clumps of the fake snow and no matter how much I try and make the tree look fuller by separating the branches out it looks very sparse.

It contains cancerous toxins, remote control missing, 2 branches broken, screw missing from tree support, MANAGEMENT EXTREMELY RUDE !!!

I love this tree but it was a bit of a shock to see a warning on the packaging that the white flocking could be carcinogenic! As with most flocked trees, it can be messy with white bits coming off - especially when putting the tree up or taking it down. But the tree is beautiful though and I love that there are different options with the light settings.
