4cm Glass Hanging Figurine Ornament (Set of 6)

Ordered 6 of these. When they arrived two of the six were broken. I tried to fill in the returns form but your system kept returning to start of form and the tick boxes did not apply to the damaged items so after 6 tries of filling in the form I had to tick a box which was not relevant but essential to complete the form. I am wondering how this will pan out. They were badly packed and individual items were not protected from breakage. Not happy with items nor your customer service. This has put me off buying from Wayfair.

They are beautiful and petite go nicely on the top branches of my tree

Beautiful but sadly 2 out of the 6 arrived broken.

Quite flat and not as rounded as I was expecting but lovely little glass decorations
