Half the fibre lights don't work, the rest aren't well lit, very sparse and they won't refund me or replace it. Disappointed as it's a lovely tree.

Just received my Christmas tree. 3 of the stars off plugged 2 back in can't find where the other one goes but I haven't opened all the tree out yet. Something broken in the box don't know what's it off. Also 2 of the branches hanging off. Not really that impressed with it at all. Not sending it back. (Plugged in and it does look nice.)
