I ordered a 7ft tree and during the process i was asked to consider an ‘open box’ tree , i didn’t see any reason why not however when it was delivered it was a scratty 5ft tree NOT 7ft then it appeared i was going to be charged a fee to return it. Customer service couldn’t give 2 hoots and basically blamed me - the description says 7cm however they obviously were not sending a 7cm tree for that price so i assumed (incorrectly according to customer services) that they meant 7ft how was i to know 7cm means 5ft ….. the whole experience has left a nasty aftertaste and no desire to deal with Wayfair again

Perfect size, great volume, delivered in good condition. Excellent value for money. 10/10 would buy again!

Absolutely a great tree! So easy to assemble, came in 4 packs. The box is sturdy so we can use it to store the tree once dismantled

I took ages to decide on a tree from a few places but decided to order this one in the end. I was looking for a slim tree but not too slim and this is just right for us. It is a good quality, full tree once you’ve taken the time to sort the branches out and easy to assemble. Just waiting on some more decorations to fill it!
