Had to return the first one due to the box being heavily damaged, received the replacement and only the bottom half of the lights worked! Contacted customer services and was offered a replacement (they’re out of stock) or a 35 discount refunded which isn’t much when you consider how much the tree cost and the hassle involved of taking all the lights off and replacing them and a lounge full of snow !

Easy to put together and it look old great!

It's just a lovely tree with class. Loved by everyone

Light mode does not work as per discription, have also tried all connectors in several sequences, no luck and no instruction manual.

Beautiful tree, easy to put together.
