One box was damaged on arrival, the other, containing the upholstered parts was intact. The damaged box contained the black metal components and I noted that wrapping around items was minimal and would not have given any protection. Most of the powder sprayed black components were scratched in at least one area, no way of telling if the damage was due to the poor quality of the items or the inadequate packaging. All was easily resolved by excellent customer service and a full refund was given
