A frustrating experience from start to finish My wardrobe didn't arrive as scheduled, then was mysteriously put on backorder with no explanation — I had to chase customer services just to find out why. When it finally arrived, the assembly instructions were poor at best. Fixing points were missing, making assembly far harder than it should have been. Near completion, I found one door was the wrong colour. Resolving this with customer services was a task in itself. Rather than sending a replacement door, they dispatched an entire replacement wardrobe — which arrived damaged, with the wrong coloured door again. I then had to repeat the whole arduous process: logging the issue, re-explaining everything already provided, and battling a clunky photo-upload system. I was eventually offered a replacement door with vague assurances it would arrive undamaged. Given the failures in delivery, product quality, and customer service, I won't be using this company again.
