Carter 3 Seater Faux Leather Reclining Sofa

Super comfortable sofa, easy to put together, delivery team was top notch. I only gave 4 stars cause the sofa came with a small mark on the chase corner that was “remended” with a layer of some sort of paint for faux leather.

Had sofa less than a week seems comfortable so far nice size, just don’t get too excited when you get the email saying its on its way, i don’t think wayfairs warehouse staff completely know what they are doing this was my second attempt of getting this sofa and its still not correct firstly ordered right hand facing delivery arrived surprisingly fast to be delivered box 1 of 2 and another box 1 of 2 and left facing so had no box 2 of 2 and was left orientation called wayfair they apologised said company would come collect following day and they would order another sofa baring in mind i didn’t have a sofa in mean time I reluctantly agreed wasn’t supposed to come until February but a week later it arrived only to be correct boxes this time but still left facing called yet again to be told we can send someone to collect and re order again but won’t arrive till march or pick something els and pay difference which wasn’t an option as this is a only what i could afford and I wasn’t waiting more weeks till March without a sofa, so im sort of stuck with a sofa thats left when should have been right, sofa wise is comfortable but wayfair its self is a joke how can they get an order wrong twice and its either wait till march or pick something els to be dearer and still wait weeks for first and last time using wayfair dont rate customer service or warehouse people at all
