This desk it very nice once assembled. But the instructions said 2 hours, I allowed 3 hours and it took nearly 4. Also the top piece arrived damaged, but because it’s the last piece to go on, I didn’t notice until the rest had been assembled, a bit annoying as it’s right at the front! Equally, a really nice looking desk.

Desk is ok, I’d expect better quality for the price! First desk arrived with broken packaging with damaged/missing parts. Replacement desk arrived in slightly better condition, but ended up using bits from both deliveries to make one “ok” desk. Packaging is terrible, not sufficient to protect the contents. Assembly instructions are reasonable but not the best. Assembly itself is pretty slow-going compared to other flat-pack brands, although I was using glue on many bits for some extra sturdiness, so it took a bit longer. Hopefully it lasts a couple of years until my daughter finishes school. I’d probably consider other options unless this is exactly the style/size you’re after.

The desk looks very nice once assembled and the finished appearance is excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the materials is quite disappointing. The laminate is prone to cracking during assembly, even when following the instructions carefully, so extra caution is required throughout the build process. Overall, it looks great when finished, but the build quality could be significantly improved.
