Menai Upholstered Divan Bed

Would definitely Recommen this base the quality was for the I paid

Not bad but one drawer sticking will not stay on runner. Needs adjusting.

Ordered this bed a couple of weeks ago for spare bedroom..bed hasn't been used yet but mattress feels very thick and luxurious., with a deep base. Order was not delivered as fast as predicted, and I had a few problems along the way, which was resolved by the friendly staff I was in communication with at Wayfair. The same can't be said for the delivery company used... XDP delivery services let Wayfair down. My base and mattress were ordered at the same time, but for a reason not explained to me, the consignment was separated at the delivery warehouse. I received the base only on the first delivery, but did not realise until I unpacked later that I was given half of my base, and half of a base for another customers order. I rang Xdp and advised them of the situation, and was told that they had located my other half of bed base and the driver would call back that day to deliver...waited till 7pm, no delivery or contact from XDP, to explain why... rang their telephone number and line constantly engaged..rang the next day, line engaged..finally got through, no reply.. Rang Wayfair and they managed to get through and sort out the problem.. Got my other half of bed base delivered with the mattress, but driver wouldn't take wrong base, as no paperwork held by them..after several more phone calls to Wayfair, and several apologies, the wrong base was picked up... Shame about the delivery company, as this will make me think twice about future purchases from Wayfair.
