Brought this bed and paid extra for the drawers, only for them to come broken and snapped! Immediately contacted Wayfair who stated would send replacement drawers! 10 days later been told drawers not even been dispatched. Terrible customer service

I love my new divan base, it was easy to set up and love the drawers. Material looks really nice and base looks strong.
