The bed is absolutely stunning and easy to put up. However the online delivery slot given initially caused me to have to take two days off work as it said it was being delivered on the 27th 8am until 8pm (12 hours) and 8 waited in all day to find nothing had arrived and at 10pm the slot just suddenly changed to a 3 hour window the next day so I had to loose another day off work! The delivery guys were very helpful though when it eventually arrived.

Delivery dates kept changing. No way to contact anyone by phone. Item was damaged as we unpacked it. Just so much hassle to do anything with this company!
