Update: 1/7/26 I got injured trying to take out the studs that got stuck under the “removable shelf.”
I do not see a way to report this to Wayfair. The studs would not come out by bare hand so tried to remove them with some pliers which cut the skin of my finger clean off and bled a lot.
Other things wrong: the masterplug could not be screwed in as there was a missing hole that wasn’t drilled in to begin with. The master plug itself is faulty. Plugs and charging cables do not go in or stay attached comfortably as it should. There were damages to the metal parts where the mirror slides on top. The sliding mirror’s cable itself was caked in something odd that was stuck on it. I managed to scratch most of it off but should not have had to do that.
The mirror’s light is far too dim to work effectively. Even the mini magnifying mirror had the issue of failing to stay attached to the sliding LED mirror for more than 5 minutes. Even if secured somehow, a little bump or minor movement can make it detach.
After complaining to Wayfair about any issues I had with the product, they sent me parts to replace the defective one’s. They even offered to send me a full replacement after I had to complain about multiple issues I discovered with the dressing table. Then I asked them to please check all of the parts before sending the new one. Even mentioned how it took long to put together, it was tiring. They gave two offers of a refund and still offered to replace it fully without the need if returning the defective dressing table, I chose the latter because wanted and liked the storage capability and hoped that the replacement would be an improvement. The replacement however also came with faults if its own, even worse issues with the masterplug this time (plugs still did not fit fully and this time they would get stuck, difficult to remove.) The mirror LED still too dim, magnifying mirror has same issues.
Other than that, I loved the idea if this product. Just a shame it comes with multiple faults. End of update dated 1/7/26.
Wayfair sent me a very dirty package, even under the sellotape had black dirt under it. Even the parts were dirty and looked slightly discoloured and not very new. I paid full price for it. Very disappointed with the quality. Still waiting to put it together and see if it is decent enough to keep
