The item is exactly what we needed, however the top had an issue which should really have been picked up in a quality control check as it was a pretty basic issue. I believe that if there was any quality control it was decided to ship anyway, as the item is not a high value and the cost of rework would have been too great. Used the Wayfair automatic process to report the issue and uploaded photos, however it came up with a standard response of a small discount to keep or return for a full refund. Decided the hassle of returning was too great and therefore decided to accept the offer of the discount. I then managed to affect a repair that makes it virtually invisible except on very close inspection. Was a little disappointed that the Wayfair review was automatic and I have my doubts that anyone actually looked at the pictures as the discount offer came back in seconds. In summary, We like the way it looks, and the damage is virtually invisible, so on the whole we are happy with the purchase, just would have preferred a human to check and a bigger discount offered for the inconvenience.

The console is nice but was delivered with the paint cracked or chipped in multiple places and a beam underneath snapped.
