Arrived with the whole top scratched, not the easiest instructions to follow.

The lateral pieces are missing the central and lateral holes, which makes the item impossible to assemble. I contacted the manufacturer, who suggested drilling the holes myself and offered a 15% discount. I explained that this was not possible, as some of the holes are not standard size, they are designed to accommodate cam locks. I asked for a refund. Instead of resolving the issue or offering to send another table, they are still offering further discounts on an item that cannot be assembled.

Awful assemble, it doesnt match the pieces, it was a struggle to make it work and then it looks, obviously uneven!
