Fully Assembled Vernon 6 Drawer Chest

I would love to tell you about this item of furniture that is unfortunately missing from an order of other items in the range that were delivered last week. It is now 6 days later and despite me phoning every day and getting nowhere a replacement has not been received. I have sent an email today to try and get some answers. All I was told last week was that until investigations have been carried out a replacement cant be delivered!!! My mother as the customer should be sent a replacement ASAP as the priority as well as the investigation team trying to find it. Not all happy about this and it will really make me think twice about ordering from them.
