Does the job it's supposed to but thought there was a shelf on the bottom

The materials came in dusty condition. Cheap material, the wood broke when i was assembling, needed to use wood glue to put them back together. The top already has a crack once we got it. The wood board of the drawer is not matching the colour of the table. And the screw holes to hold the wood board are not even close to where they should have been as seen in the manual.

Some of the fixings are missing so not been able to complete assembly. Base of shelf very flimsy and nothing to support it at front of drawer so had it improvise with extra fittings. Bought 3 items from Wayfair, two of which I am not happy with. I haven't opened the 3rd one yet. Hate to think what I am going to find.
