This sofa is beyond our expectations. It arrived promptly and was easy to build up with everything you could need included. The quality is outstanding for the price paid, i highly recommend this sofa! Furthermore, Wayfair customer service team were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. whenever I had any questions they were there to help and nothing was too much trouble for them. This was my first experience with Wayfair and will not be my last. Thank you ☺️

I purchased a sofa with an ottoman from 17 Stories, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Upon delivery, I discovered that one of the parts was incorrectly fabricated and does not fit the sofa at all. I immediately requested a replacement for the faulty item, but the issue has still not been resolved. The process has been unnecessarily delayed, and it feels like my concern is not being taken seriously. The lack of timely support and clear communication has been extremely frustrating. As a result, parts of the sofa have been sitting unused in the corner, which defeats the purpose of my purchase. I regret choosing this seller and am very dissatisfied with the overall customer service experience.

Easy to build took about an hour, some of the instructions weren’t very clear but easy enough to figure out if you’ve done any kind of flat pack before. Sofa seems a bit hard but I believe it will wear in nicely. Bought the beige (would say it’s more of a cream) but perfect for what I wanted, plus storage in the footstool

Easy to assemble. Looks great and is fairly comfortable for not being a main sofa. Be aware it comes in two deliveries. There was a problem with the second one but Wayfair sorted it out really quickly.
