Awful product, almost impossible to build, really flimsy materials that do not make for a secure unit at all. So disappointed as all other furniture from wayfair has been great

This item is very flimsy and awkward to assemble

Ordered this drawer unit for my elderly mother in law and having built many many self assembly units over the last 40 years or so, have to say this was the worst by a mile. The quality is awful, plastic dowels not fit for purpose and the metal locknuts and bolts could not be tightened enough to hold the unit together. The wood is of such low quality some of the lockbolts came straight out of the panels causing damage to them. Because I couldn't visit my mother in law until after 30 days, I cannot return. Please do not waste £107 on this item. I am sure Wayfair will not entertain a return. I am so disgusted with this product I will not be using Wayfair again and will advise anyone looking to buy furniture to steer clear. Had to give 1 star as the website doesn't allow me to give 0 stars.

I would not recommend buying this chest of drawers. I’ve assembled a lot of flat-pack furniture over the years, including items with confusing instructions, but this was by far the worst I’ve come across. The quality is very poor. Nothing seemed to line up properly, and the plastic dowels used instead of the usual wooden ones didn’t fit into the holes properly, no matter how much pressure I applied, leaving visible gaps. As a result, the whole unit looks wonky. Really disappointing and not worth the money.

Not what I expected for the price. Yes it was Ono free but it should have been £185! It took a long time to put together. Instructions not clear in my opinion. Unit is not sturdy and quality not great. Yes it looks ok when together but I am disappointed. This was for my son’s room but I’m worried it won’t last.
