I’m very happy with the sofa - sadly a faulty arm was sent. Wayfair is taking over 10 days to correctly replace said arm - which is very frustrating. A positive review from me will now depend on how easy it is to receive the correct arm and how easy it is to return the faulty one. All staff dealing with this issue have been very polite and helpful.
