The delivery was prompt & I was kept informed. The packaging was great. The Naeve 2 Person Dining Set took me 3 and half hours to build. There was no clear indication of the level of floor space required to build. It needs a lot! I have very small kitchen with small floor space so it was a logistical challenge. There was damage in several areas to the thin laminate that once built I could live with. One of the stools came with one fitting (allen key bolt) missing which had been replaced with a completely different type of screw that sort of holds the leg on but I wouldn't risk sitting on it..
Overall the design is good, the fittings are good, as long as you don't mind numerous Allen key fittings to do up. However there are no flanges or washers or any protection for joins where it is metal to metal, the thin paint became scratched & peeled easy around joints. The welding on joins is rough. It is solid enough.
Keeping track of all the different types of fittings designed for different fixture points even though they were cleary labelled and packaged, was a logistical nightmare.
This will do for now, it fits in my small kitchen.
