First sofas delivered was ripped at the back however that issue was quickly sorted as wayfair sent me a new sofa set and told me to donate damaged sofas. Excellent customer service. Sofas firm but comfortable.

Lovely sofa but arrived damaged called Wayfair and was offered a replacement but I only needed new feet so sent me the replacements with days when I have turned the sofa over to replace the new feel we noticed the tears in the base cover other then that I think the sofa is comfortable and very stylish after having this sofa for a couple of months it still looks stylish but the seat cushions are not the best quality after sitting down for longer than a hour the seat cushions are very soft and uncomfortable
