Purchased a bed for my elderly mum, it was meant to be delivered next day however it took 3 days and the courier was less than helpfull he told me he cannot step in the house as insurance won't cover him, luckily I had carpet fitters in who helped me bring bed into the house, God only knows how my 85 year old mum would have copped. Ordered small double as her room is small this size of bed is normally 4' however this one was 4'6. No instructions at all on how to build, still dont know how to join both bases together, I asked for 2 drawers, drawers on same base panel so can't use one of the drawers as bed would need pulled out of the wall, better if they sent me 2 bases with drawers at same side.

This bed is lovely, however as I'm sure most of Wayfair's customer service know from me by now that this too much, much longer than expected to get to me, Upon delivery I immeadiately searched for instructions to assemble the bed, only to find there were none whatsover. The only remotely helpful thing to give some guidance was "pierce here for fittings" stickers... One of the drawers were half made And still had glue all over, the rollers on either side were not straight and the bottom of one of the bases were ripped. Still trying to assemble the bed after 2 hours... The mattress is probably the best thing about this. Its comfortable and has orthopedic qualities. Hopefully im not going to further damage the bed while trying to assemble it!
