Quick response, likely AI but still good to be able to get a response quickly and late at night. Not too marks as I have to wait for the manufacturer to respond

Much smaller than I was expecting so had to return, returns were easy and quick

Feels pretty cheap, the plastic caps for the feet require hammering in however the holes are almost too small to the point the plastic is breaking as I have to hammer it so hard, even then the piece will not go into place meaning the unit won’t sit level! No pieces are labeled either.

Excellent unit - looks great underneath my desk. Very pleased with it. Tricky to assemble, mostly just screws and tacks. Tricky to do and probably not very hard wearing - but it shouldn't take too much abuse as a underdesk unit.
