Not just a bad product, but also poor customer service. I have received the boxes in very bad condition, and once I opened one of the packages, I realized the majority of the items were damaged. I contacted the customer service right away as I was very disappointed. I was offered to keep the damaged product with a 10% discount, to which I said NO, and they arranged the return in a week. It appeared to be a damaged and returned product that they were trying to resell to me. On the arranged day for the return, no one showed up to pick up the boxes. I contacted so many customer service agents (7 or 8), and I was also advised that I need to pay some money for the return if I don't print labels. You delivered damaged items, so you'd better sort out the mess yourself. Finally, I rearranged the pickup after contacting so many agents. What a waste of time and nerves. Stay away from this vendor.
