The couch came in perfect condition, was very easy to assemble, and looks great! The delivery experience was very efficient and impressive. The delivery team was on time and worked really hard to get the couch into the second floor of our apartment. Wonderful experience!

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The sofa arrived severely damaged, despite paying for insurance. Wayfair has been unresponsive, and Xcover just redirected me back to them. The return process is impossible due to my disability, and I'm left with a broken sofa and no resolution. Not worth the £1000. Avoid at all costs.
