Item is cheaply made, no weight to it and rock hard. Sent back and not happy that I have to pay to do so. Returns should be free when a product doesn't meet expectation.

It looked exactly like the photo and I love it. Size is accurate and looks very luxurious. Sterdy and not too soft so ideal. Only problem was is that one of the feet fell off when I opened it but as I loved it so much I glued it back as the A’s it wouldn’t push back in as pin was bent.
