Well, when I first opened the box I was livid. I can’t stand manufactured MDF plastic laminated furniture. I thought I had double and triple checked, so really I was angry with myself for missing it. But I decided to go with it and I’m so glad I did. All visible parts are absolutely solid wood and beautiful. AND the MDF portions seem to very well done. I still wouldn’t expect to be able to move this piece more than once without risking structural integrity, and time will surely tell whether or not this will remain sturdy, but so far I’m impressed. I put it in the entryway under a large round mirror and it’s stunning.

LOVE this piece of furniture! The smoked oak color really goes well with our living room decor. It only took two of us 1.5 hours to assemble. There was a tiny nick on the inside vertical board. I’m persnickety about these things so I was annoyed at first, but I do love this piece a lot so I’ve nearly forgotten it. Check each piece before you assemble if you’re like me! Note that the doors move 360 degrees so you can only see one of the side compartments at a time. This kinda makes it even cooler!

Stunning piece! Love the storage options. Using end storage option to hold wifi equipment. Used a paddle bit to drill a hole in bottom for the cords to go through that side. Just what we were looking for! )

Overall, I’m really happy with this table! We had to play with the shelves a bit to get them where we wanted and to be sturdy, but the quality is good for the price
