Seems fairly sturdy and easy to put together but the colour is much more orange pine than dark wood as the picture shows. I will probably restain to my desired colour but annoying extra work when it looks perfect in the picture. Also mine had obviously been put together before as had scratches and marks but I didn't purchase an open box.
