The item is not closing after assembling

Love my ottoman so easy to put together well worth the money

Exactly what we need to put in a bedroom. Easy to assemble. The only issue is the smell of a fabric, not nice, still the same after few days.

I am very disappointed with this item considering how much it cost and considering Wayfair have a reputation of producing good items. It was a present for my son and his girlfriend therefore have only just got round to putting the item together. The hydraulic arm which holds the lid up was bent outwards, the base was flimsy and the screws weren't countersunk so stick out above the base, three of the feet are dented quite distinctively and the lid doesn't fit properly and overhangs at one side. I'm disgusted with this product and am seeking a full refund at no extra cost to me (i.e. not paying for collection). I certainly won't be ordering from Wayfair again as this is the second item I've had which has had to be returned.

Perfect little storage for my bedroom and comfy to sit on. Easy to assemble, goes well with my greysilver colour scheme
