I purchased this chest of drawers believing it was assembled as started in the product details only for it to be delivered in parts. The task of assembling is very tedious and the assembling instructions aren't clear. The delivery man from DHL was unprofessional. He was granted access into the building and his first comment was that he wasn't gonna carry the item up in a harsh tone. We never asked him to do so as it was stated ground delivery on your website. This is my worst experience purchasing a product online.
