Had Issues with instructions as very basic, some screws would not secure leaving it wabbly on feet. Arrived with slight damage to back due to packaging. After complaining the company offered 35% refund or replacement. The replacement was so much better no damage and went up quickly and all fitted well. Can’t fault the company they dealt with the issues promptly and kept me up to date on arrival of replacement. Good purchase. Thank you Wayfair.

If you buy this you'll need stamina. It's not slot together, it's a true 'self assembly' sofa. It arrived in multiple bits on multiple days. How our hearts sank when we saw iron bars, wooden slats, an allen key and forty screws. Assembly took two and a half hours. If you're not ready to be driven half crazy don't buy. Quite deep seats, not great if you have back trouble. On the plus side, it seems and feels fairly robust, with a very plain but attractive design and durable material. For the money we paid I couldn't really complain. It's a good looker.

One piece of the back of the sofa has a broken zip and can not be done up we were really disappointed
